The Dream Bungalow Bathroom.
We love this space, and so does Instagram. Can you tell us about the mood you were trying to achieve with this space?
I wanted to create a space that had a sense of warmth and tranquillity yet crisp and clean. It was all about self-care, with the double vanity and double shower giving it an understated luxurious feel.
Tell us about how the colours, patterns, material choices for this space and how they work together?
I went with a neutral colour scheme of whites to create a fresh feel balanced with the warmth of the polytec natural oak ravine vanity and brass gold finishes. I chose the Kit Kat tiles to create an immersive glistening effect, as they amplified the spaces natural light.
Tell us about your Nood selection. Why did you select that design and colour?
I chose the concrete nood basin in ivory, to create a contrast against the natural oak coloured vanity. Although the contrast with the vanity helps define the basins, the white colour flows seamlessly with the neutral colour palette. The shape of the concrete basin was also important to me as I wanted to incorporate curves into the space, and they worked effortlessly with the brass arched mirrors.
