Delivery Options and Shipping Costs

All Nood basins are shipped via TNT Road Express within Australia.
Estimated delivery time frame - 3-5 days ( some extensions due to Covid / QLD deliveries 4-7 days )
TNT provide a tracking number upon Nood booking the delivery.
TNT do not provide specific delivery times. They will deliver within the 3-5 days provided. Packages are ATL ( Authority To Leave)

When can I return / what is Nood Co’s returns policy.

Nood does not offer returns in the case of change of heart, if the product has been installed, if the colour of the basin/quality of the basin is not agreeable.
It is important to view colour samples prior to your purchase to ensure you are happy with the concrete colours. Nood Co Concrete is a natural material and has some pinholes, colour variation, and is close to the sample colours but never perfect. Colours portrayed in photographs of Nood basins can often be different to the colour delivered. Nood does not offer returns for this scenario.

Once the Nood product is installed, the capacity to return/refund the item becomes void.

All product complications must be addressed pre installation.

How Do I Return An Item?

If the wrong product was delivered and a return is required, please contact info@noodco.com.au an attached copy of your invoice and photograph of the package and we will promptly replace the item, and then book a transport of the existing item within 3 days.

How Will I Be Refunded?

In the event a refund is approved, Nood will request your bank information, copy of invoice and reimburse the funds. Please note in the event of damaged product resulted by Nood Co Concrete, Nood reserve the right to replacing the product for an equal part prior.

Understanding Concrete Before You Purchase?

Nood Co Concrete basins are comprised of a natural material. Each piece has a visual patina, colour variation, pin-holing (surface holes) and surface variation. These characteristics have no bearing on the structural integrity of the concrete piece. Nood Co Concrete colours, feel, and aesthetic can look different in photos and it is suggested to purchase sample pieces prior to manufacture to ensure you are comfortable with your product.
